Safety Committees. ‌ (a) The Commission and the Union agree to the continuance of safety committees established in various locations for the prevention of injury, illness and property damage, and for the promotion of safety training and awareness. (b) Each committee shall include a suitable number of employee representatives of the bargaining unit, who will be appointed by the Union.
