SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 11.1 The District shall comply with occupational health and safety for unit members which shall be governed by the provisions of the Federal and California Occupational Safety and Health Acts, as amended (California Labor Code, Section 6300 et. seq.) and regulations relating thereto (8 Calif. Admin, Code, Section 330 et. seq.)

(1995-96) 18.2 The Superintendent shall be responsible for the promulgation of safety rules for all employees, and may appoint a District safety officer to oversee the conditions of the District facilities.
