Safety Helmets Sample Clauses

Safety Helmets. (a) The Authority will furnish approved safety helmets (without cost to employee) to all employees covered by this Agreement who are working under conditions where such protection is required by established Safety Policies. (b) Safety helmets must be worn at all times when employee is working under conditions where head injuries may occur or otherwise required by approved Safety Policies or the Authority will have the privilege to withhold the employee from work.

Safety Helmets. Where safety helmets are to be used the Employer shall supply the same, the cost being deducted from the Employee’s pay.
Safety Helmets. Every person shall use a certified safety helmet for the whole time that they are at the construction site or at the plant. Every person shall have their name and surname written on the safety helmet. Supplier shall respect, observe and ensure compliance with the following colour specification of safety helmets: Red • Management • Staff which is not a part of the construction team/plant (auditors, land surveyors, engineering inspector, quality controller, etc.) • Guests and visitors White • Site manager, foremen • Regional managers, project managersAdministrative staff which is not a part of the construction team/plant Yellow • Workers Green • Site safety officer (OHS and PO) / Manager Blue • Signal man, navigator
Safety Helmets. The City agrees to furnish a safety helmet and equipment related thereto for each employee. Such headgear shall conform to Police Department specifications in effect at the time of this Agreement.

Related to Safety Helmets

  • Safety Footwear Employees who are required by the Employer to wear safety footwear shall be reimbursed for actual footwear costs to a maximum of $200.00 (tax inc.) per calendar year.

  • Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the first quarter.
