Safety Supervision. The University will supervise and orientate its honour band participants to the University campus and it’s Event; it is also the expectation that the honour band participants abide by the Event’s rules and schedule and any refusal, failure or inability to meet the commitment required therein may result in the withdrawal of the opportunity to participate.
Safety Supervision. .1 Employ Health & Safety Site Representative responsible for daily supervision of health and safety of the Work. Record deficiencies and remedial action taken. .2 Conduct Formal Inspections on a minimum monthly basis. Use standardized safety inspection forms. Distribute to subcontractors. .3 Follow-up and ensure corrective measures are taken. .6 Cooperate with Facility's Occupational Health and Safety representative should one be designated by Departmental Representative. .7 Keep inspection reports and supervision related documentation on site.
