Orientation Session. The Lodge President, or designee, shall be afforded an opportunity to meet in private with members on duty on each shift, for no more than one (1) hour, to explain the provisions of this Contract. This meeting shall be scheduled within thirty (30) days of the City's distribution of the Contract copies to current members. Members shall be paid their regular rate of pay for attendance at an orientation session.
Orientation Session. The Super Curricular Programme staff will provide an orientation session for students.
Orientation Session. The department head or his/her designee shall choose a time period of one hour within the first two weeks of employment for the Union Chair to designate two persons from the Union for the purpose of an orientation session for new employees.
Orientation Session. An orientation session with each department within United Way of no less than one-half hour shall be given to every new employee whose term of employment is three (3) months or longer. Arrangements shall be made by the Director of the department.
Orientation Session. A representative of the Union shall be afforded a reasonable period of time to speak at group orientation sessions, where scheduled, to provide unit employees with an introduction to the role of the Union. The Union representative may not solicit membership during this presentation.
Orientation Session. Before the commencement of the Designated CBO(s)’ training activities, Employer shall provide an orientation session for the Designated CBO(s) so that the Designated CBO(s) become familiar with Employer store operations, hiring practices and required job skills. This orientation session will include a tour at one of Employer’s current facilities (if any). The orientation session shall not require Employer to share any proprietary information regarding the operation of its operations.
Orientation Session. “New employee orientation” refers to the process by which a newly hired public employee — whether in person, online, or through other means or media — is advised of their employment status, rights, benefits, duties and responsibilities, or any other employment- related matters. CSEA shall receive not less than ten (10) days’ notice in advance of an orientation, except that a shorter notice may be provided in a specific instance where there is an urgent need critical to the District’s operations that was not reasonably foreseeable. In the event the District conducts group orientations with new employees, the CSEA shall have one (1) hour of paid release time for one representative to conduct the orientation session. Said release time shall be in conformance with release time requirements contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The CSEA Labor Relations Representative may also attend the orientation session. The orientation session shall be held at a location determined by the District during the workday of the employee(s), who shall be on paid time.
Orientation Session. Upon commencement of the mediation session, a mediator shall describe the mediation process and the role of the mediator, and shall inform the mediation participants that:
(1) mediation is a consensual process;
(2) the mediator is an impartial facilitator without authority to impose a resolution or adjudicate any aspect of the dispute; and
(3) communications made during the process are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Orientation Session. Prior to beginning transportation services to the CHCCS, Vendor shall attend an orientation session with CHCCS Transportation personnel. CHCCS shall provide Vendor with notice of the date, time and location of the orientation meeting at least three (3) days prior to the meeting. Vendor shall meet annually with its employees to discuss safety and other topics related to transporting students with special needs. It is Vendor’s responsibility to annually review this Agreement with each employee.
Orientation Session. During the second week of Pre-Academic Year Employee Training when all Employees are in attendance, employees shall be allowed one and a half (1.5) hours to attend a Union orientation session. The Employer will maintain all working terms and conditions of employment for Employees attending the orientation session.
