ACCESS TO WORK SITE. Upon advance notification to the Principal or designate of the school concerned, authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business or meetings on school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities or uses do not interfere with school activities or other facility commitments.

Upon advance notification to the principal or designate of the school concerned, representatives of the Association and/or a representative of the BCTF authorized and accompanied by a representative of the Association may transact business on school property subject to there being no disruption of any school activities.
