Access to Work Site Sample Clauses
Access to Work Site. Upon advance notification to the Principal or designate of the school concerned, authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business or meetings on school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities or uses do not interfere with school activities or other facility commitments.
Access to Work Site. 1. Upon advance notification to the principal or designate of the school concerned, representatives of the Association and/or a representative of the BCTF authorized and accompanied by a representative of the Association may transact business on school property subject to there being no disruption of any school activities.
Access to Work Site. A representative of the Union shall be permitted to enter any work site in the interest of the employees covered by this Agreement.

Access to Work Site a. Representatives of the BVTU, in consultation with the Principal or designate, shall have the right to transact union business on school property at all reasonable times. Such activities or use are not to interfere with classroom instruction and facilities and equipment shall be properly booked.
b. The employer shall permit use of equipment, such as chairs and tables at no cost for the Annual General BVTU meeting. All other operating cost of equipment and supplies consumed by the BVTU shall be reimbursed to the employer.

The Association shall have the right to transact official Association business on county property and utilize employer's facilities at all reasonable times, provided that such activities or use do not interfere with classroom instruction and take place before class begins, after students are dismissed or during the lunch break.
Access to Work Site. A Representative designated by the Union will be given access to work sites when dealing or negotiating with the Employer or to meet with employees covered by this Agreement during their meal and other scheduled breaks, whether paid or unpaid. The Union will notify the Employer in advance of the meetings and these meetings will not be unreasonably denied by the Employer.

Access to Work Site. NextG shall provide Operator and its authorized representative(s) with open access to the work in preparation and progress wherever located, subject to applicable work site rules and safety considerations.

The Union may meet with Employees covered by this Agreement during their meal and other scheduled breaks, whether paid or unpaid, subject to Employer approval. Union Representatives may include Representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. Any Representatives of the Union must comply with the Employer’s site access rules.
