Salary Adjustments with Change in Status. 11.4.1 When an employee improves their professional status by acquiring the required number of approved credits or a degree, the employee will be entitled at the beginning of the next fiscal year or semester or summer session to move horizontally to the Column for which they have become eligible. The employee shall also receive any applicable increment in accordance with the provisions of this narrative.
Salary Adjustments with Change in Status. 12 When an employee acquires the required number of approved professional credits or a 13 degree, the employee will be entitled at the next increment date to move from one preparation 14 column to another in the following manner:
