Salary and Pay Provisions. 13.1.1 2023-2024 Salary: The 2023-2024 Teacher Salary Schedule that was Board approved on May 11, 2023 shall be revised to reflect a three percent (3%) increase retroactive to July 1, 2023. This increase shall apply to all employees employed by the District as of the date of ratification of the Tentative Agreement. The revised salary schedules shall be attached to this Agreement as Appendix A-1, Appendix A-2, and Appendix A-3.

Salary and Pay Provisions. 13.1.1. 2022-2023 Salary: The 2022-2023 Teacher Salary Schedule shall reflect a five percent (5%) increase over the 2021-2022 Employees’ Salary Schedule, effective July 1, 2022. This increase shall apply to all employees employed by the District as of the date of ratification of the Tentative Agreement. The revised salary schedules shall be attached to this Agreement as Appendix A-1 and Appendix A-2. In addition to the salary schedule adjustment, unit members employed by the district as of the date of ratification shall receive a 1% off-schedule bonus on 2022-2023 salary schedule rates upon distribution of retroactive pay. 2021-2022 Salary: The 2021-2022 Teachers’ Salary Schedule shall reflect a five percent (5%) increase over the 2021-2022 Employees’ Salary Schedule, effective July 1, 2021. This increase shall apply to all employees employed by the District as of the date of ratification of the Tentative Agreement.
