Schedule Bonus. A. If Substantial Completion of Subproject 1 occurs before the date falling *** (***) Days after issuance of NTP (“Schedule Bonus Date for SP1”), Owner shall pay Contractor a bonus in the amount of *** (U.S.$***) per MMBtu of the LNG that is both (i) produced by Subproject 1 between the period of first production of LNG from Subproject 1 and the Schedule Bonus Date for SP1 and (ii) sold by Owner to one of its customers prior to the Schedule Bonus Date for SP1 (“Schedule Bonus for SP1”).
B. If Substantial Completion of Subproject 2 occurs before the date falling *** (***) Days after issuance of NTP (“Schedule Bonus Date for SP2”), Owner shall pay Contractor a bonus in the amount of *** (U.S.$***) per MMBtu of the LNG that is both (i) produced by Subproject 2 between the period of first production of LNG from Subproject 2 and the Schedule Bonus Date for SP2 and (ii) sold by Owner to one of its customers prior to the Schedule Bonus Date for SP1 (“Schedule Bonus for SP2”). “Schedule Bonus Date” means each of the Schedule Bonus Date for SP1 and the Schedule Bonus Date for SP2. “Schedule Bonus” means each of the Schedule Bonus for SP1 and the Schedule Bonus for SP2.
Schedule Bonus. A. If Substantial Completion of Subproject 6(a) occurs before the date falling one thousand six hundred twelve (1,612) Days after issuance of LNTP No. 1 for Subproject 6(a) (“Schedule Bonus Date for SP6(a)”), Owner shall pay Contractor a bonus in the amount of Fifty Cents (U.S.$0.50) per MMBtu of the LNG that is both (i) produced by Subproject 6(a) between the period of first production of LNG from Subproject 6(a) and the Schedule Bonus Date for SP6(a) and (ii) loaded onto an LNG Tanker for export prior to the Schedule Bonus Date for SP6(a) (“Schedule Bonus for SP6(a)”).
3. The Contract Price is not adjusted by this Change Order.
Schedule Bonus. A. If Substantial Completion occurs before the date falling *** (***) Days after issuance of NTP (“Schedule Bonus Date”), Owner shall pay Contractor a bonus in the amount of *** (U.S.$***) per MMBtu of the LNG that is both (i) produced by Project 5 between the period of first production of LNG from Project 5 and the Schedule Bonus Date and (ii) sold by Owner to one of its customers prior to the Schedule Bonus Date (“Schedule Bonus”); provided that the total bonus paid for Project 5 shall not exceed *** U.S. Dollars ($U.S.***).
B. For avoidance of doubt, Contractor shall not be entitled to a Schedule Bonus for any LNG that boils-off, is vented, is flared or is vaporized and sold into the U.S. market as Natural Gas. The Schedule Bonus Date shall be automatically adjusted to the extent the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date is adjusted by Change Order. Contractor acknowledges that this Section 13.2 does not impose any obligation whatsoever on Owner to sell any LNG to any customers.

B. For avoidance of doubt, Contractor shall not be entitled to a Schedule Bonus for SP5 for any LNG that boils-off or is vaporized and sold into the U.S. market as Natural Gas. The Schedule Bonus Date for SP5 shall be subject to adjustment solely at the discretion of the Chairman of Cheniere and any such adjustment shall be implemented by Change Order. Contractor acknowledges that this Section 13.2 does not impose any obligation whatsoever on Owner to sell any LNG to any customers.

B. For avoidance of doubt, Contractor shall not be entitled to a Schedule Bonus for SP6(a) for any LNG that boils-off or is vaporized and sold into the U.S. market as Natural Gas. The Schedule Bonus Date for SP6(a) shall be subject to adjustment solely at the discretion of the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cheniere and any such adjustment shall be implemented by Change Order. Contractor acknowledges that this Section 13.2 does not impose any obligation whatsoever on Owner to sell any LNG to any customers.
C. If Owner elects the LNG Berth 3 Option pursuant to Section 4.10A, and Substantial Completion of Subproject 6(b) occurs before the Schedule Bonus Date for SP6(b), Owner shall pay Contractor a bonus in amount to be set forth in the LNG Berth 3 Change Order if Owner elects the LNG Berth 3 Option pursuant to Section 4.10A (“Schedule Bonus for SP6(b)”). The Schedule Bonus Date for SP6(b) shall be set forth in the LNG Berth 3 Change Order (“Schedule Bonus Date for SP6(b)”). After the Schedule Bonus Date for SP6(b) is established in the LNG Berth 3 Change Order, the Schedule Bonus Date for SP6(b) shall be subject to adjustment solely at the discretion of the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cheniere and any such adjustment shall be implemented by Change Order.
Schedule Bonus. Contractor shall be entitled to a bonus if Substantial Completion of a Unit is achieved prior to such Unit’s Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date (a “Schedule Bonus”) in an amount equal to (i) *** Dollars ($***) per day for each full day before the Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date on which the Substantial Completion Date of such Unit actually occurs, for the first thirty (30) days before the Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date of such Unit, and (ii) *** Dollars ($***) for each full day before the Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date on which the Substantial Completion Date actually occurs, for the period starting on the thirty first (31st) day before the Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date; provided that the Schedule Bonus shall not exceed an aggregate amount of *** Dollars ($***) for each Unit.. The Parties agree that for purposes of this Section 5.5, Substantial Completion shall be deemed to have been achieved on the date of Contractor’s notice of Substantial Completion with respect to a Unit that was accepted by Owner pursuant to an Owner’s Certificate of Substantial Completion for such Unit. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, in the event the Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date is adjusted to a later date from that set forth herein due to the occurrence of one or more events of Force Majeure, for the sole purpose of calculating the amount of Schedule Bonus to be paid to Contractor pursuant to this Section 5.5.1, the number of days prior to the Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date on which Substantial Completion was achieved shall be reduced by one-half (½) the number of days by which the Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date was adjusted due to such events of Force *** CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL REDACTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION. EXECUTION COPY Majeure, and the Schedule Bonus that Contractor would otherwise receive shall be calculated using such adjusted number of days.
Schedule Bonus. In the event Contractor achieves Target Completion on or before the Target Bonus Date, Contractor shall earn a schedule bonus in the amount of Twelve Million U.S. Dollars (U.S.$12,000,000) (the “Schedule Bonus”). If Target Completion is not achieved on or before the Target Bonus Date, the amount of such Schedule Bonus payable to Contractor shall be decreased by an amount of Three Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars (U.S.$300,000) for each Day which passes after the Target Bonus Date until Target Completion occurs, down to a Schedule Bonus amount of zero (U.S.$0). If Contractor earns the Schedule Bonus or any portion thereof, Contractor shall invoice Owner for the applicable amount of such Schedule Bonus in the next Invoice cycle under this Agreement, and Owner shall pay Contractor the applicable amount of such Schedule Bonus within the time required under this Agreement for making payments of amounts invoiced by Contractor. The failure of Contractor to achieve Target Completion by the Target Bonus Date shall not create a separate liability for Contractor under this Agreement.
Schedule Bonus. 22.1. A schedule bonus will be awarded for shift work. The bonus will be calculated on the basis of the following time zone matrix, whereby the bonus is the sum of inconvenience values per hour worked, expressed as a percentage of the monthly salary. 22.2. The schedule bonus is expressed as an average bonus per month, arithmetically rounded to one decimal place. This also applies for individual work patterns.
22.3. In addition, employees on day shift, 2-shift work and 3-shift work are entitled to a bonus of 0.14% in the event of the scheduling of 10-hour shifts for each 10th hour.
Schedule Bonus. In the event Contractor attains Substantial Completion of the three Units prior to the Guaranteed Completion Date, Owner shall pay Contractor a bonus equal to Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for each full twenty-four (24) hour period that Substantial Completion of the three Units is attained prior to the Guaranteed Completion Date beginning at 12:01 A.M. on the Day after the date of Substantial Completion of the three Units to but not including the Guaranteed Completion Date. The bonus shall be payable by Owner thirty (30) Days following the end of the calendar month during which such bonus accrues. Any such bonus shall be treated as an increase in both the Maximum Price and the Contract Price.
