Salary Schedule Adjustment. 1. Horizontal movement to the BA+20 or BA+30/MA columns of the salary schedule shall be based only on credits earned subsequent to the issuance of a Michigan Provisional or Continuing Teaching Certificate and after a bachelor's degree has been earned. In order to be eligible for a horizontal move on the Salary Schedule, transcripts shall be submitted prior to September 15th of each year.
2. Upon ratification of this Agreement, and for purposes of vertical movement of the Salary Schedule, a contract year shall consist of a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) days of which seventy (70) days must be workdays.
3. Credit for experience outside the school system shall be evaluated by the Board, and credit shall be allowed whenever the prior service of the teacher is deemed satisfactory. Full credit shall be given for the first five years of experience.
Salary Schedule Adjustment. If the transfer of an Assistant qualifies him/her for a different salary schedule track, the Assistant's salary placement shall be at the first step on the new schedule which is higher than his/her prior salary (actual hourly rate), providing there is a step available.
Salary Schedule Adjustment. The Classified Salary Schedule shall be increased by 13 3.5% for the 2016-2017 school year, effective July 1, 2016.

All employees at Step 5 or above of the salary range 1.5% increase to Step 5 or above of the salary schedule All other salary steps 0.40% increase to all other steps Broadband classes Employees at the top of the broadband classification shall receive 1.5% increase. All other employees shall receive 0.40% increase. Effective June 9, 2017, all employees shall receive a wage increase as an even exchange for the remaining offset elimination. The amount of this even exchange shall be based on the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Adopted Budget for the bargaining unit and will be determined by converting the amount appropriated for offset to a percentage of the total salaries and benefits. Total salaries and benefits shall include base salary, supplemental pay, employer retirement contributions, other post-employment benefits, OASDI and Medicare. The amount of this increase for employees will be cost neutral to the County and in no way shall it result in a cost increase to the County.
Salary Schedule Adjustment. Effective the first full pay period following January 1, 2019 the Executive Assistant shall receive an equity salary increase to match their salary to the Administrative Technician III salary. Effective the first full pay period following January 1, 2019, the Deputy City Clerk shall receive a one-time equity salary increase to adjust their salary 5% above the Executive Assistant salary. Effective the first full pay period following January 1, 2019, the Assistant City Clerk shall receive an equity salary increase of 5.0% of their base pay.
Salary Schedule Adjustment. 1. Effective July 1, 2019, the salary schedule will be increased by 4.0%.
2. Effective July 1, 2020, the salary schedule will be increased by 2.2%.
a. Effective July 1, 2020, the percentage between steps 9 to 10, and 10 to 11 will be changed to 4.17
Salary Schedule Adjustment. 5.0.2.1 Effective July 1, 2017, Class 7450 will be adjusted to the salary schedule equivalent to one grade above the schedule for class 1930, from $25.0125 (step 1) to $30.2611 (step 5).
5.0.2.2 Effective July 1, 2017, Class 2585 will be adjusted to the salary schedule equivalent to one grade below the schedule for class 2586, from $22.5540 (step 1) to $27.2741 (step 5).
5.0.2.3 Prior to July 1, 2018, classifications that had no incumbents in previous contracts and was left out of salary schedule adjustments will be corrected to include those adjustments.
5.0.2.4 Establish a committee made up of representation from SEIU and the District to examine the following: • Staffing allocations based on the number of meals served • Comparable salaries for similar jobs from a mutually agreed upon list of similar employers. The committee will recommend changes, if any, to the present salary schedule for 2615 and 2616 SNS workers to the Superintendent/designee and the SEIU President/designee.
5.1 Longevity Premium Eligible unit members shall receive a 30 cents per hour premium for longevity pay. Eligibility for said longevity pay shall be those unit members with:
5.1.1 Ten (10) or more but less than fifteen (15) consecutive years of experience in the District, or any combination of ten or more but less than fifteen (15) years of service in the District and any other classification included in the Civil Service System of San Francisco.
5.1.2 Effective July 1, 2017, eligible unit members will receive a 60 cents per hour premium for longevity pay. Eligibility for this rate of longevity pay shall be made to those unit members with:
5.1.2.1 Fifteen (15) or more consecutive years of service in the District, or any combination of fifteen (15) years of service in the District and any other classification included in the Civil Service System of San Francisco. This provision shall be implemented prospectively effective July 1, 2018.
