Salary Band. ISLs shall be placed on the ad- ministrative salary schedule, Pay Band A07. For FY 2020, the maximum annual salary of Pay Band A07 shall continue to be $111,000 the minimum annual salary for the position shall be $90,000.
Salary Band. 4.1.1 Subject to clauses 1)a)i)(1)band 4.4, your salary band is as advised by Human Resources in writing from time to time.
Salary Band. Employees will only receive an increment if their current salary is below the maximum of their designated salary band. Those at the top of their band will not be eligible for additional increments. Payment Schedule: Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2024 Annual Increment Payment: Eligible increments will be processed and paid annually, with the adjustment reflected in the final pay of the financial year. These increments aim to reward high performance while aligning compensation with the company's annual review cycle.
Salary Band. (a) The Employer uses salary bands as the basis of its classification. There is a salary range attached to each salary band structure. The remuneration ranges in Employer's salary bands are based on RP. RP includes annualised salary and employer superannuation contributions.
(b) Each position is evaluated using Xxxxxx'x points factor evaluation system and assigned to the appropriate salary band, as per the following table.
(c) Remuneration ranges for each salary band are based on the employer’s target market position ± 20%. Descriptors for the salary bands are contained in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
