– Salary Rates – University Raises. For the fiscal years of this agreement the University will grant employees who are employed in the collective bargaining unit, salary increases equivalent to those authorized for general distribution to all non-negotiated hourly Operating Staff employees of the University in accordance with the salary increase distribution procedures approved by the Board of Trustees and outlined in applicable published University Salary Increment Guidelines for the University, including funds appropriated for salary increases by the University or personnel salary increases via the state appropriation process. These increases will be distributed to eligible employees on an across-the-board basis. In the event that the University Salary Increment Guideline provides for a variable distribution to all hourly Operating Staff employees on the basis of merit or other factors, then the average increment authorized under the respective guideline will be distributed. For the fiscal years FY2023 through FY2024, employees shall be granted the greater of the wage increases mentioned above in Section 10.1, or the University-wide wage increases as set forth in Section 10.2, but not both.

  • SALARY RATES Section 12.1 The following shall apply to full-time employees:

  • Salary Rate The annual salary for regular faculty will be prorated according to the established workload for the academic year.

  • Protected Salary Rates A. The Employer shall continue the current salary rate protection program for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Salary Ranges A. The salary ranges for classifications covered by this Agreement shall be those contained in Appendix D.

  • Salary Range a. At the beginning of the 2020-21 school year, the salaries of returning full-time teachers were between $36,500 to $61,000.

  • Application of Salary Rates The Employer shall continue the current application of salary rates for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Current Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.

  • Requiring Minimum Compensation for Covered Employees a. Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of the Minimum Compensation Ordinance (MCO), as set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12P (Chapter 12P), including the remedies provided, and implementing guidelines and rules. The provisions of Sections 12P.5 and 12P.5.1 of Chapter 12P are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth. The text of the MCO is available on the web at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx/xxx. A partial listing of some of Contractor's obligations under the MCO is set forth in this Section. Contractor is required to comply with all the provisions of the MCO, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.

  • Salary Rate Upon Employment The hiring rate of pay for a new employee shall not be higher than the rate of pay for an existing employee in the same classification with similar work experience, training and education.
