Common use of Salary Scale Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Salary Scale Adjustments. (1) Effective August 18, 2013, there shall be an adjustment to the salary scales in each rank as follows: (a) a 2.5% increase in the floors, thresholds and CDI’s. (2) Effective March 30, 2014, there shall be adjustments to the salary scales as follows: a 1. 5% increase in the floors, thresholds and CDI’s; and (b) all increments above Threshold 1 become 75% of the value of the Increment below Threshold 1. (3) Effective September 28, 2014, there shall be an adjustment to the salary scales in each rank as follows: (a) a 0.9% increase in the floors, thresholds and CDI’s (non-compounded with the March 30, 2014 adjustment). (4) Effective March 29, 2015, there shall be an adjustment to the salary scales as follows: (a) a 2.0% increase in the floors, thresholds and CDI’s. (5) Effective the bi-weekly pay period that includes April 1, 2015, there shall be adjustments to the salary scales as follows: (a) increase the Floor and Threshold 1 for Assistant Professor by one increment; (b) increase the Floor, Threshold 1 and Threshold 2 for Associate Professor by one increment; and (c) increase Threshold 2 for Professor by one increment. (6) Effective March 26, 2016, there shall be adjustments to the salary scales as follows: (a) increase the Floor and Threshold 1 for Assistant Professor by one increment; (b) increase the Floor, Threshold 1 and Threshold 2 for Associate Professor by one increment; and (c) increase Threshold 2 for Professor by one increment.
