Salary Schedule Placement. 1. Experience is evaluated at time of entry. 2. New employees may, at the discretion of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Operations, be given credit for not more than two (2) years previous work experience in related work and placed on step three (3) of the salary schedule in the appropriate classification. 3. The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Operations may, at his/her nondelegable discretion, evaluate past experience and determine placement on the salary schedule with the appropriate classification.
