Salary Schedule Placement. a. Licensed teachers entering the employment of USD 358 may be given full credit for past teaching experience at the option of the board not to exceed the maximum salary for the appropriate education column. The board shall also have the right to allow less than the actual number of years of service experience for any licensed teacher. Determination of the years of experience allowed for salary schedule placement shall be made at the time of employment.
