Salary Scheme. A. University Staff in Science / Art
Salary Scheme for University Staff in Science (special provision regarding Article 49) (1) Article 49(6) shall apply to staff members as defined in Article 5(2) (1) who are employed as physicians or dentists in the clinical sector of a Medical University. Remuneration of standby duties (Article 69) and on-call duties (Article 70) shall remain unaffected thereby. Extra work in connection with patient care (Section 29 para 1 item 4 UG) exceeding normal weekly working hours during the calculation period as defined in Article 40(4) shall, provided that they were expressly ordered and documented by the head of the organisational unit in accordance with the KA-AZG or that the prerequisites of Article 35(3) in conjunction with Section 8 KA-AZG have been fulfilled, be remunerated as extra hours / overtime by applying Article 55 accordingly. For the purpose of this provision times as defined in Article 40(5) (compensatory hours), Article 69 (standby duties) and Article 70 (on-call duties) shall not be deemed extra work. (2) Staff members as defined in Article 5(2)(1) who are employed as physicians or dentists at a Medical University shall be entitled to a monthly allowance of 7.5% of the gross monthly salary of job group IIIb / regular level 1 (Article 54) for the hardships in connection with their job. For staff members as defined in Article 5(2)(1) who are employed as physicians or dentists in the clinical sector of a Medical University such allowance shall be increased to 22.5% of the gross (1) is ensured. In the case of part-time employment the allowance shall be prorated.
Salary Scheme. 12.1 The Salary Scheme is attached to this Agreement and shall be considered an integral part hereof. 12.2 Fixed monthly wages are calculated for normal working hours pursuant to Art. 8.1. 12.3 The master shall be the highest paid individual on board, receiving a wage, which shall be a least 5% higher than the second highest paid position on board. 12.4 Seniority will be calculated from the date of appointment until the day of receiving notice. However, seniority which has been earned with the shipping company, will be included if the person concerned has left the company on grounds for which he is not at fault, or in case of continuing education and similar activities. 12.5 Mates or masters who, through no fault or wish of their own, experience a waiting period after their holidays have ended shall receive their regular pay. 12.6 When on call, DKK 27.00 shall be paid for each hour on duty. If a mate is called in on duty, unsocial hours are paid for a minimum of 2 hours. On call duty means that mates shall meet at the place of work within no more than 20 minutes.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Salary Scales ‌ 2.5.1 Effective from 1 January 2024, and subject to the Remuneration provisions in the Terms of Settlement, a 4% increase will apply to all paid and printed rates.   • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Salary Sacrifice (a) Where an Employee wishes to have their pay salary sacrificed for additional superannuation, the Employer will comply with the Employee’s request without unreasonable delay and consistent with any relevant statutory requirements. (b) All entitlements and benefits contained in this Agreement will be calculated on the pre-salary sacrifice pay rate.

  • SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENTS 34.1 Employees covered by this Agreement will have access to salary sacrifice arrangements in addition to the compulsory arrangement detailed above. The requirements of any such arrangements shall ensure that: (a) Accessing a salary sacrifice arrangement is a voluntary decision to be made by the individual Employee. (b) An Employee wishing to enter into a salary sacrifice arrangement will be required to notify their Employer in writing of the intention to do so and have sought expert advice in relation to entering into such an arrangement. (c) The Employer shall meet the cost of implementing the administrative and payroll arrangements necessary for the introduction of salary sacrifice to the Employees under the Agreement. (d) The co-contribution of superannuation payments referred to herein shall be made by way of salary sacrifice arrangements.

  • Salary Severance A single, lump sum payment equal to twelve (12) months of the Executive’s Salary, less applicable withholdings.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V. (b) Salary schedules will contain Career Enhancement/Growth steps as described in Section 45.6.

  • Salary Range The 20 20 - 2 0 2 1 salary range for returning teachers is $39,000 to $75,846. The 2021-2022 salary range for returning teachers is $40,500-$77,392. At the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year, the salaries of returning full-time teachers were between $40,000 and $79,346.

  • Salary Steps 1. Employees hired into trainee-level positions (Targeted Local Hire) shall be hired at Step 1 and shall remain on Step 1 for the duration of a twelve (12) month probationary period. 2. Employees hired into non-trainee positions shall be hired at Step 2 (or appropriate higher step in accordance with applicable MOU provisions or LAAC Section 4.90). 3. Employees shall remain on Steps 2 and 3 for nine (9) months each. 4. Steps 4 through 8 are separated by two (2) premium levels (Step 4 is one [1] premium level above Step 3). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months. 5. Steps 9 through 12 are separated by one (1) premium level (Step 9 is one [1] premium level above Step 8). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months.

  • Salary Ranges A. The salary ranges for classifications covered by this Agreement shall be those contained in Appendix D. B. No one may be hired above or below the assigned salary range for his/her classification. Employees whose salaries are above the range assigned to their classification will have their salaries frozen until the salary range increases to include their salary.
