Sale of work. ARTIST hereby agrees to sell the Work to the PURCHASER. Title, ownership and specified rights shall pass to the PURCHASER at such time as full payment is received by the ARTIST pursuant to Paragraph 2 below. Year of Creation: 2011 The Work is currently on display in an outdoor location in the City of Durham, in the Durham Convention Center Plaza at 000 X. Xxxxxx Street.
Sale of work. Artist agrees to pay ULM Art Program a 20% commission from any sales directly resulting from this exhibition even after the exhibit closes. Purchase checks are to be written to the ULM Foundation. The foundation will then reimburse the artist less 20%.

Sale of work. The Exhibitor may offer the Work for sale with the prior approval of the Library Director. The Exhibitor is solely responsible for conducting the sale of any Work directly with the buyer. The Library will provide the name and contact information of the Exhibitor upon request by a third-party. The Work can be sold during the exhibition, but must remain displayed throughout the designated period. The City does not collect any commission from the sale of any Work.

3.2 The Venue will refer all sales enquiries directly to the Exhibitor.
3.3 In the event that works are sold, works can be collected after the exhibition period
Sale of work. If exhibiting Artist(s) handle their own transactions for the sale of works from this exhibit, the Broward Art Guild accepts no commission. Artist(s) agrees to pay Broward Art Guild a 10% commission from any sale transactions handled by the Broward Art Guild. Purchase checks are to be written to the Broward Art Guild. The Broward Art Guild will then reimburse the Artist(s) less 10%. Sold works can only be removed from the Broward Art Guild Gallery after funds have cleared from purchaser. Monies paid to the artist(s) for 8. Opening Reception. Broward Art Guild Gallery does not sponsor Private Exhibition opening receptions; however Artist(s) can hold a reception at the Broward Art Guild Gallery based on the following guidelines:
a. As part of this contract Artist(s) have the option of providing a reception as o An evening reception (6:30-9:00pm, with the setup starting at 5:00pm and cleanup by 10:00pm) Friday 00/00/00.
b. Artist(s) are responsible for setup before and cleanup after the reception. The Broward Art Guild will provide use of vacuum cleaner, broom, mop and necessary cleaning products. Failure to restore Gallery to its prior, presentable condition may result in forfeiture of part or all of Artist(s) security deposit.
c. Food, beverages, plates, napkins, utensils, cups, condiments, ice, etc. are the responsibility of the Artist(s).
d. A Broward Art Guild representative will be on premises at all times during reception, however, artist(s) are responsible for xxxxxxx beverage station, of applicable. If the Artist(s) wish to serve alcohol at their reception, beer and wine may be served, however, no monetary transaction for alcoholic beverages is allowed. No hard liquor will be permitted.
Sale of work. Artist agrees to pay DCA a 20% commission from any sales during this exhibition. Purchasers must agree to leave the art work on display through the duration of the exhibition.
