Sales Service. Party B(1) shall provide Party A with agency sales service covering products like resins, synthetic fibers, synthetic fiber monomers and polymers, intermediate petrochemical products and by- products from ethylene cracking and aromatic plants and other substandard products related to the above five products.
Sales Service. Provider shall make available its existing call centers and toll-free telephone numbers to serve as the primary point of contact for adverse event reports and customer complaints. Recipient shall be solely responsible for the management and resolution of any adverse event reports and customer complaints, which shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Laws and good industry practice. Recipient shall be responsible for the implementation of any required product recalls and associated communications. Act as Technical Director for vitamins products in front of Ministry of Health. Physical inspection, analytical testing for raw materials and finished goods, stability testing and product release activities for vitamins in Argentina.
Sales Service. 3.30.1. Company shall only be obligated to provide sales service to customer if and to the extent it is purchased and contracted for by customer pursuant to one of Company's filed rate schedules. In those circumstances in which customer elects to purchase sales service offered by Company during periods of full or partial interruption of transportation service by customer's upstream pipeline transporter, customer shall pay Company the total applicable cost of providing such emergency sales service.
Sales Service. For interruptible supply of natural gas by Union and associated transportation services necessary to ensure its delivery in accordance with customer’s needs. For this service, the Monthly, Delivery and Gas Supply Charges shall apply.

Juniper maintains multiple TAC centers across an international geography to ensure out customers have access to the support they need at all times. The escalation timeframes are determined by the priority level – critical, high, medium and low. Sales Service. Subject to the provisions hereof, on and after the ------------- Requested Service Date, in addition to the Resale Service, Sellers shall provide a Sales Service to Buyer with deliveries ranging from a minimum volume of zero (0) to a maximum volume of fifty-eight thousand, five hundred (58,500) Dekatherms per Day, as nominated by Buyer pursuant to paragraph 3.12 hereof.

Sales Service. Subject to the terms of the Distributor’s consumer service arrangements, the Distributor shall provide service support for the Products it purchases pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to providing qualified personnel to answer consumer inquiries.
Sales Service. 2.1. Bas World acts as a commission agent for Seller. Bas World will, in its own name but for the account and risk of Seller, try to sell Vehicles through the Environment to potential Buyers (in accordance with article 7:414 section 2, last sentence Dutch Civil Code (“Sales Service”).
2.2. If a sales agreement for a Vehicle of Seller is concluded between Bas World and Buyer (also referred to as “Transaction”), this also concludes a purchase agreement between Bas World and Seller (“Purchase Agreement”). This does not apply if Bas World indicates that a direct purchase agreement should be established between Seller and Buyer (“Direct Agreement”).
2.3. Bas World does not warrant that Vehicles of Seller will be actually sold through the Environment.
2.4. All material effects arising from any Transaction regarding Vehicles of Seller are for the account and risk of Seller. All rights that Xxxxx may exercise against Bas World pursuant to the Transaction, can also be exercised by Bas World towards Seller.
2.5. The Seller acknowledges that every Purchase Agreement between Seller and Bas World is, and remains, subject to the legal validity, feasibility and enforceability of the corresponding Transaction. Seller acknowledges that Bas World is not liable for any damages caused by the non-completion and/or cancellation of a Transaction (regardless of which party is responsible for this non-completion), except in the case of a wilful act or wilful recklessness by Bas World.
Sales Service. Managers must have sufficient well-trained sales people in the selling and service departments.
