Sanitary Sewer Line. 1. Developer will be responsible for engaging a contractor to design and construct a 8-inch sanitary sewer line from the exisiting main located on Clear Leaf Road to the northern property line of the Property. It is contemplated by Developer’s engineer and the City that the 8-inch sanitary sewer line has sufficient capacity to serve the intended commercial uses of the Property, including, without limiation, a 10,000 sq. ft. or more veterinary clinic and additional lots capable of supporting office or retail structures. Developer shall have the sanitary sewer line designed and constructed at its own expense, subject to the possible reimbursement of all or a portion of such expense per paragraph 6 below.

Sanitary Sewer Line. The City agrees that E’s CORNER DELI may, at its expense and on a timely to install a new sanitary sewer line from the City’s sanitary sewer main to the Building, in a timely manner, and using all commercially reasonable measures to the Building. E’s CORNER DELI agrees that it will, at its sole expense, subject to the economic grant herein, increase the size of the sanitary sewer line to the Building as required by applicable building codes.
Sanitary Sewer Line. The present improvements located in the City Centre Redevelopment Project Area are serviced with a sanitary sewer line located beneath the existing structure in the former right-of-way of an east-west alley located on the west half of the block. This sanitary sewer line also provides service to the building located at 940 “P” Street located on the southeast corner of the block. Redeveloper intends to replace the sanitary sewer line with new piping at its current location beneath the New Building. Redeveloper, for itself and successor and assigns, shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of the sanitary sewer line located on the Project Site beneath the New Building. Redeveloper shall further be responsible to ensure that the improvements located on the block, including the New Building and the structure at 940 “P” Street, are provided continuous, uninterrupted sanitary sewer service.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Sanitary Facilities - Construction 5.1 Closets shall be soundly constructed and roofed with weatherproof material. The floor of each closet shall be well drained and constructed of concrete, bricks and cement, or of other approved materials which shall be impervious to water. Every closet shall be well lighted by natural or artificial light and shall be ventilated. Each closet shall have a hinged door, capable of being fastened on the inside, lift seats/flaps and toilet paper. If closets are of single unit construction (only to be used for the formwork process), not contained within a purpose built ablution block, privacy walls which shield the closet/s from outside view shall be installed. (Privacy walls are not required for purpose built ablution blocks eg ATCO huts)

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Preventative Maintenance ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.
