SAP Solution. Manager Enterprise Edition shall only be used during the term of the Agreement subject to the rights set forth herein and exclusively for Customer's SAP-related support purposes in support of Customer’s internal business operations. The right to use any SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition capabilities under this Attachment 1 other than those listed above is subject to a separate written agreement with SAP, even if such capabilities are accessible through or related to SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition. Customer shall be entitled to allow any of its employees to use web self-services in the SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition during the term of the Agreement such as creating support tickets, requesting support ticket status, ticket confirmation and change approvals directly related to Customer IT Solutions./ SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition hanya dapat digunakan selama jangka waktu Perjanjian yang tunduk pada hak-hak sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam dokumen ini dan secara eksklusif untuk tujuan dukungan terkait SAP milik Pelanggan dalam mendukung operasi bisnis internal Pelanggan. SAP Solution. Manager Enterprise Edition shall only be used during the term of this Schedule and by Named Users licensed by Licensee subject to the licensed rights for the Software and exclusively for Licensee's SAP-related support purposes in support of Licensee’s internal business operations. The right to use any SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition capabilities under SAP Enterprise Support other than those listed above is subject to a separate written agreement with SAP, even if such capabilities are accessible through or related to SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition. Notwithstanding the foregoing limitation on Named Users, Licensee shall be entitled to allow any of its employees to use web self service in the SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition during the term of this Schedule for the sole purpose of creating support tickets, requesting support ticket status and ticket confirmation directly related to the Licensee Solutions and Additional Supported Assets.
SAP Solution. Manager Enterprise Edition may not be used for purposes other than those stated above. Related to SAP Solution

  • SAFECOM Recipients receiving federal financial assistance awards made under programs that provide emergency communication equipment and its related activities must comply with the SAFECOM Guidance for Emergency Communication Grants, including provisions on technical standards that ensure and enhance interoperable communications.

  • WHMIS The Work-place Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is designed to classify hazardous materials that are used in the work place. The law requires all such products to be properly labelled and requires material safety data sheet(s) (MSDS) to be suitably attainable. Employees will receive training to inform them of such products and advise them of the hazards involved, and of the proper procedures for safe storage, handling, use and disposal of these materials. Employees will also be instructed about what to do should they be exposed to a hazardous material. The Company has WHMIS charts posted throughout the plant.

  • Customer Ownership Customer owns and has sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and appropriateness of all original data, content and information provided to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx in conjunction with the Services, and, when paid for, Customer will own all modified content and information as specified under the SOW (collectively the “Content,” which, together with the Customer’s trademarks or logos, are referred to as the “Customer Material).”

  • Software Ownership Upon request, the State and all appropriate federal agencies shall receive a royalty-free, nonexclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, or otherwise use, and to authorize others to do so, all application software produced in the performance of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, all source, object, and executable code, data files, and job control language, or other system instructions. This requirement applies only to software that is a specific deliverable under this Agreement, or is integral to the program or service funded under this Agreement, and is primarily financed with funding provided under this Agreement.

  • Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems. Measures: • SAP only allows authorized personnel to access Personal Data as required in the course of their duty. • SAP has implemented a logging system for input, modification and deletion, or blocking of Personal Data by SAP or its subprocessors within the Cloud Service to the extent technically possible.

  • Customer Feedback The contractor is expected to establish and maintain professional communication between its employees and customers. The primary objective of this communication is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the most significant external indicator of the success and effectiveness of all services provided and can be measured through customer complaints and surveys. Performance management drives the contractor to be customer focused through initially and internally addressing customer complaints and investigating the issues and/or problems but the customer always has the option to communicate complaints to the PM, as opposed to the contractor. Customer feedback may also be obtained either from the results of formal customer satisfaction surveys or from random customer complaints. Any customer complaints will be investigated by the PM using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Form – Customer Complaint Investigation, identified in Attachment A4.
