SAP Solution. Manager Enterprise Edition shall only be used during the term of the Agreement subject to the rights set forth herein and exclusively for Customer's SAP- related support purposes in support of Customer’s internal business operations. The right to use any SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition capabilities under this Attachment 1 other than those listed above is subject to a separate written agreement with SAP, even if such capabilities are accessible through or related to SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition. Customer shall be entitled to allow any of its employees to use web self-services in the SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition during the term of the Agreement such as creating support tickets, requesting support ticket status, ticket confirmation and change approvals directly related to Customer IT Solutions.

Hak untuk menggunakan setiap kemampuan SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition berdasarkan Lampiran 1 ini selain xxxx xxxx dicantumkan di atas adalah sesuai dengan perjanjian tertulis secara terpisah dengan SAP, meskipun kemampuan tersebut dapat diakses melalui atau terkait dengan SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition. Pelanggan berhak untuk mengizinkan setiap karyawannya untuk menggunakan layanan web mandiri dalam SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition selama jangka waktu Perjanjian, seperti membuat tiket dukungan, meminta status tiket dukungan, konfirmasi tiket, xxx persetujuan perubahan yang berhubungan langsung dengan Solusi TI Pelanggan.
SAP Solution. Manager Enterprise Edition shall only be used during the term of this Addendum and by Named Users licensed by Licensee subject to the licensed rights for the Software and exclusively for Licensee's SAP-related support purposes in support of Licensee’s internal business operations. The right to use any SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition capabilities under SAP Enterprise Support other than those listed above is subject to a separate written agreement with SAP, even if such capabilities are accessible through or related to SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition. Notwithstanding the foregoing limitation on Named Users, Licensee shall be entitled to allow any of its employees to use web self service in the SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition during the term of this Addendum for the sole purpose of creating support tickets, requesting support ticket status and ticket confirmation directly related to the Licensee Solutions and Additional Supported Assets.

SAP Solution. Manager Enterprise Edition may not be used for purposes other than those stated above. Without limiting the foregoing restriction, Customer shall especially without limitation not use SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition for: (c) SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition не может использоваться в целях, отличных от установленных в предыдущих пунктах. (v) SAP Project and Portfolio Management including but not limited to portfolio management or project management other than management of application lifecycle management projects as described above in Section 1.4(a); or (v) SAP Project and Portfolio Management, включая, помимо прочего, управление портфелями услуг или проектами, отличное от вышеизложенного в разделе 1.4(a);
(vi) SAP NetWeaver Gateway, except for the mobile application lifecycle management scenarios within the scope described above in Section 1.4(a).
