Schedule of Pay Rates. 5.1.1 The City of Tea shall pay the Consultant for services rendered according to the rate schedule as shown in the attached Exhibit A. 5.1.2 The Consultant will be reimbursed for all labor required to satisfactorily complete the work contemplated by this agreement on a cost plus a fixed fee basis. The Consultant will be reimbursed for all materials and equipment required to satisfactorily complete the work contemplated by this agreement on the basis of cost. Allowable costs will be direct salary, material and equipment, direct cost, payroll additive, and general overhead. A fee of 12 percent is applied to all direct labor and overhead costs, but no fee applied to the Project's direct costs. 5.1.3 The Consultant may not charge more than the current GSA per diem rates for meals for Tea, South Dakota. An HDR vehicle rate of 75 cents per mile has been approved thru audit procedure by the SDDOT. 5.1.4 Federal lodging rates will apply for this project. The Consultant may not charge more than the current GSA per diem rate for lodging for Sioux Falls, SD. 5.1.5 No additional payment for premium time as it relates to hours worked beyond 40 hours per week will be considered unless approved in advance in writing by the City of Tea. 5.1.6 There will be no payment for corrections the Consultant must make which result from commencing certain activities without the City of Tea's mandatory approval.

Related to Schedule of Pay Rates

  • Schedule of Payments The City shall pay the Company and amount of $75,000.00 within 60 days after the Company has complied with all of the conditions in Section 2(a) (Prerequisites to Payments).

  • Schedule of Rates The specific rates and costs applicable to this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit B – Schedule of Rates, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.

  • Pay Rates Unit members must have been on an active status for a minimum of six

  • Schedule of Rates and Charges Any subconsultant rates and charges set forth in the Schedule of Rates and Charges must be the subconsultant’s actual rates and charges exclusive of any markup. The City will compensate the Consultant in accordance with those rates and charges.

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services expeditiously. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Pay Schedule 50.01 The regularly scheduled pay day shall be bi-weekly, every other Friday. Pay shall be by direct deposit to the employee’s financial institute as on record with the Employer, with an electronic pay statement issued to the employee on or before the pay date. 50.02 The employee’s pay stub shall be delivered to the employee’s workplace and distributed to the employee on or before the specified pay date. 50.03 Employees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule “A” of this agreement.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Pay Rate Sick leave pay shall be at the shift straight-time hourly rate.

  • Hourly Rates The following is a list of hourly billable rates that Contractor shall apply for additional services requested of the Contractor. Contractor shall be compensated based on the hourly rates set forth below, on a time and material basis for those services that are within the general scope of services of this Agreement, but beyond the description of services required under Exhibit A, and all services are reasonably necessary to complete the standards of performance required by this Agreement. Any changes and related fees shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties by a written amendment to this Agreement.
