Schedule Requirements; Updates. Contractor shall prepare and make available to Owner following the Effective Date, at the Site or such other location mutually agreed upon by the Parties, a current Project Schedule depicting critical path activities and illustrating the progress which has been made on the Work against such schedule, including critical path activities interconnected by schedule logistics, for Owner's review and comment. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the Parties, Contractor shall revise and update the Project Schedule quarterly prior to the commencement of on-Site construction work and monthly thereafter and shall provide a copy to Owner, which may be provided electronically; provided, however, that the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates for the Units shall not be revised other than pursuant to Article 9. Portions of the schedule may be updated weekly to provide information necessary to support weekly invoices (if applicable). Such partial updates shall not be deemed to imply an update to the entire Project Schedule.

Schedule Requirements; Updates. Contractor shall prepare and make available to Owner at all times at the Site, or such other location mutually agreed upon by the Parties, a current, working copy of the detailed Schedule depicting all critical path activities and illustrating the progress which has been made on the Work against the Schedule (in hard copy and electronic format), including critical path activities interconnected by schedule logics, for Owner’s review and comment. On a monthly basis, Contractor shall provide Owner with any and all updates to the working Schedule, including any forecasted changes in the Schedule and the resulting effects on achieving the Key Schedule Milestones; provided, however, that no update of or revisions to the working copy of the Schedule shall be deemed to alter, revise or otherwise change the date for any Owner obligation, any Key Schedule Milestones, the Guaranteed Tie-In Date, the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or the Guaranteed Final Completion Date, all of which shall be amended only by a duly executed Change Order or amendment hereto. Owner shall be entitled to have access to the Schedule in order to input, track and update Owner’s and its subcontractors’ activities within the Schedule (including logic ties) and to review and generate reports related to the Schedule in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. *** The Key Schedule Milestones shall be provided in the Schedule in such a way as to support the achievement of Substantial Completion by the ***.
Schedule Requirements; Updates. Contractor shall make the Project Schedule available to Owner at the Site and such other locations as is mutually agreed upon by the Parties. The Project Schedule shall include a project earned value management system which shall include commodity installation curves, manpower histograms by craft and total workers, and a physical percent complete curve using an earned value system, which supports the Performance Incentive Plan described in Exhibit H. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the Parties, Contractor shall update the Project Schedule on a monthly basis for the purpose of illustrating progress on the Work and status of critical path activities, and shall provide a copy to Owner, which may be provided electronically. Any changes to the Project Schedule that affect Owner’s Scope of Work shall be subject to the approval of Owner. No changes to the Project Schedule shall excuse Contractor from its obligation to perform the Work in accordance with the Milestone Performance Schedule, which can only be changed by a written amendment to this Agreement.

  • Basic Requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program, all of the following basic requirements must be met, as well as any applicable additional requirements: • The primary address for your PayPal account must be in the United States. • The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped, except for items subject to the Intangible Goods Additional Requirements. Transactions involving items that you deliver in person in connection with payment made in your physical store, may also be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program so long as the buyer paid for the transaction in person by using a PayPal goods and services QR code. • You must ship the item to the shipping address on the Transaction Details page in your PayPal account for the transaction. If you originally ship the item to the recipient’s shipping address on the Transaction Details page but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. We therefore recommend not using a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer, so that you will be able to provide valid proof of shipping and delivery. • The shipping requirement does not apply to eligible transactions involving items that you deliver in person; provided, however, that you agree to provide us with alternative evidence of delivery or such additional documentation or information relating to the transaction that we may request. • You must respond to PayPal’s requests for documentation and other information in a timely manner as requested in our email correspondence with you or in our correspondence with you through the Resolution Center. If you do not respond to PayPal’s request for documentation and other information in the time requested, you may not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. • If the sale involves pre-ordered or made-to-order goods, you must ship within the timeframe you specified in the listing.   • Additional Reporting Requirements Contractor agrees to submit written quarterly reports to H-GAC detailing all transactions during the previous three (3) month period. Reports must include, but are not limited, to the following information: a. Customer Name b. Product/Service purchased, including Product Code if applicable c. Customer Purchase Order Number

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.

  • Interface Requirements 2.4.5.1 The NID shall be equal to or better than all of the requirements for NIDs set forth in the applicable industry standard technical references.
