Scheduled Drivers. When a death occurs in a regular employee's immediate family, such employee will be granted upon request, a period of three (3) working days time off for bereavement leave to be taken within the period from the date of death to the day after the funeral. If the bereavement leave occurs during the employees regularly scheduled working days, he will be paid bereavement leave equal to their regular scheduled shift hours. Immediate family is defined as: The employee’s spouse or common-law partner; the employee’s father and mother and the spouse or common-law partner of the father or mother; the employee’s child(ren) and the child(ren) of the employee’s spouse or common-law partner; the employee’s grandchild(ren); the employee’s brothers and sisters; the grandfather and grandmother of the employee; the father and mother of the spouse or common-law partner of the employee and the spouse or common-law partner of the father or mother; and any relative of the employee who resides permanently with the employee or with whom the employee permanently resides.

Scheduled Drivers. A Scheduled Driver is a driver who works on scheduled shifts and is required to be in their vehicle at all times to service the Company’s customers. Drivers are paid based on a fixed hourly rate multiplied by their hours worked. Scheduled drivers shall be paid for their shift from the scheduled start time to their scheduled end time or when the employee leaves work whichever is earlier.   • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Overtime Scheduled overtime is overtime which is assigned by the end of the employee's last worked shift prior to the overtime assignment and which does not immediately precede or immediately follow a scheduled work shift. Unless notified otherwise in advance of the scheduled starting time of the scheduled overtime assignment, any employee who is scheduled to report for work and who reports as scheduled shall be assigned at least two (2) hours work. If work is not available, the employee may be excused from duty and paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate. If the employee begins work but is excused from duty before completing two (2) hours of work, the employee shall be paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate.

  • Scheduled Outages (a) Commencing at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall, no later than January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year, submit to SCE, using the Web Client, Seller’s schedule of proposed planned outages (“Outage Schedule”) for the subsequent twenty-four month period.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance.
