Common use of Scheduling Lieu Days Clause in Contracts

Scheduling Lieu Days. (a) Days off in lieu of paid holidays shall be scheduled by mutual agreement at the local level and taken within thirty (30) days following the paid holiday.

Scheduling Lieu Days. (a) Days Pursuant to Clauses 17.3 and 17.4, days off in lieu of paid holidays shall be scheduled by mutual agreement at the local level and taken within thirty sixty (3060) days following the paid holiday.
