School Attendance. ● Students must be in attendance for the entire school day in order to participate in a practice or contest scheduled for that day. ● Athletes are expected to be present at the start of school the day following competitions. ● If a student is absent and is granted a non-illness related excused absence (funeral, dental appointment, etc.), that student may participate in the practice/game with the permission of administration. ● Any unexcused absence from school, regardless of whether it is only a partial day, will cause the student to be unable to participate in the practice/game.
