Common use of School Calendar Clause in Contracts

School Calendar. For the term of this Agreement the school calendar shall be set forth in Schedule A. There shall be no deviation from or change in the school calendar except by mutual agreement of the Board and the Association. The Board (after consultation with the Association) may schedule additional days of student instruction if this becomes necessary to qualify for full state aid.

School Calendar. For the term terms of this Agreement the school calendar shall be as set forth in Schedule A. Appendix C and C1. There shall be no deviation from or change in the school calendar as long as the district meets the State requirements except by mutual agreement of the Board and the Association. The Board (after consultation with the Association) may schedule additional days of student instruction if this becomes necessary to qualify for full state aid.

School Calendar. A. The school calendar shall be arrived at by mutual agreement between the Board and the Association. B For the term of this Agreement the school calendar shall be as set forth in Schedule APPENDIX A. There shall be no deviation from or change in the school calendar except by mutual agreement of the Board and the Association. The Board (after consultation with the Association) may schedule additional days of student instruction if this becomes necessary to qualify for full state aid.

School Calendar. A. For the term of this Agreement 2007-2008 school year, the school calendar shall be set forth in Schedule A. as already agreed upon. There shall be no deviation from or change in the school calendar except by mutual agreement of the Board and the Association. The . B. New teachers shall report for a one day orientation session to be held prior to the beginning of classes at the beginning of the school year. C. No teacher will be required to remain after completion of the school calendar. D. For subsequent school years, the Association and Board (after consultation shall meet and jointly set the calendar to be in compliance with the Association) may schedule additional days of student instruction if this becomes necessary to qualify for full state aidrequirements.

The Board (after consultation school calendar shall provide for 181 student days each year and 183-1/2 staff days. Days missed due to labor interruptions will be re-scheduled. Teachers need not report during interruptions. B. Parent-teacher conferences will be scheduled once each semester with the dates to be established by mutual agreement of the Board and the Association) may schedule additional days of student instruction if this becomes necessary to qualify for full state aid.

Noting that the decision of an annual school calendar is a significant part of the bargaining process a school calendar committee made up of teachers and administrators will present a tentative calendar to qualify the Superintendent, annually, no later than the last day for full state aidteachers the school year.
