Alcohol Policy 12.11 Where contractually bound, the employer will apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (DAMP) as contained at Appendix M.
Drug and Alcohol Policy 67.1 The Parties agree to apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (as amended from time to time) contained in Appendix G.
Travel Policy (1) Travel arrangements shall be planned in accordance with the Federal Travel regulations, prescribed by the General Services Administration for travel in the conterminous 48 United States, (hereinafter the FTR) and the Joint Travel Regulation, Volume 2, DoD Civilian Personnel, Appendix A, prescribed by the Department of Defense (hereinafter the JTR).
Personnel Policy Employees of the Parties to this Agreement shall be subject to the personnel rules, laws and regulations of their respective agencies, unless they are employed temporarily by another Party to this Agreement and the authority under which such temporary employment is authorized provides that such employees shall be subject to the employing Party’s personnel laws and regulations.
DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY The parties agree that employees represented by this Agreement shall be free from the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while at work. The Agency's Drug/Alcohol Policy will be adhered to by such employees.
Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (a) A Nurse who is injured while at work and as a result of such injury is certified by a medical doctor as unfit to complete the working day, shall receive pay at the regular rate for time lost on the day that such injury is sustained and no deduction will be made from sick leave credits with respect to that particular working day.
Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.
Professional and Education Leaves (a) Leave of absence with pay or without pay may be granted to employees to attend professional and educational meetings, courses, or other events which may be judged beneficial to the employee's professional development, especially as it relates to her responsibilities with the Employer.
Policy Grievances Where either Party to this Agreement disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an Article of this Agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Site manager at Step 2 of the grievance procedure, their designate or the Union within fourteen (14) calendar days of the occurrence. Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either Party, within a further fourteen (14) calendar days, may submit the dispute to a third party, as set out in Article 8 or 9 of this Agreement.
