School Reassignment. Efforts will first be made to adjust staffing needs through reassignment of positions at the school(s). If an educator is underqualified for the reassignment, the administrator making the changes will notify the educator of the potential use of a letter of authorization issued by the Utah State Board of Education.

School Reassignment. The District Administration may reassign students to other schools in the District if such reassignment would bring the affected class(es) to within the maximum class size limits and such action is deemed advisable by the principal.
