SCHOOL WORK SITE REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS. Section 4.1 Plan Implementation. Customer is responsible for the Medical Services provided to its students. Customer will provide supervision of Personnel for Services provided to any student with a medical disability. Customer will make available to Maxim and any Personnel the applicable Plan(s), as requested. Customer shall provide student specific orientation for the requirements of the Plan(s). If the student requires school transportation, Customer shall assess whether the student’s disability would allow for safe transport by Customer. Customer shall orient Maxim Personnel on the transportation and emergency protocol. Customer will make all determinations on Placement.

Customer will make available to Amergis and any Personnel the applicable Plan(s), as requested. Customer shall provide student specific orientation for the requirements of the Plan(s). If the student requires school transportation, Customer shall assess whether the student’s disability would allow for safe transport by Customer, and will make all determinations on Placement of Personnel to implement safe transport of both student(s) and Personnel. Customer shall provide all assessments and protocols to Amergis prior to Personnel accompanying a student for transport. Amergis reserves the right to deny a transportation request, in the event there is a concern for safety or other circumstances. In the event, Customer determines transport is safe, Customer shall orient Amergis Personnel on the transportation and emergency protocol(s).

  • ON SITE REQUIREMENTS While on Purchaser’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Purchaser’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements.

  • VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS The following shall be considered minimum Vehicle requirements. The Authorized User shall include supplemental required specifications for Vehicles specified in a Mini-Bid. Unless otherwise indicated, all items specified which are listed on the OEM Pricelist as standard or optional equipment shall be factory installed and operative. Vehicles delivered to an Authorized User in a condition considered to be below retail customer acceptance levels will not be accepted. Items which determine this acceptance level shall include, but not be limited to, the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the vehicle for completeness and quality of workmanship, lubrication and fluid levels, with any leaks corrected, mechanical operation of the vehicle and all electrical components operational. Product specified to be furnished and installed which is not available through the OEM shall conform to the standards known to that particular industry, both product and installation.

  • Subcontractor Insurance Requirements Consultant shall require each of its subcontractors that perform Services under this Agreement to maintain insurance coverage that meets all of the requirements of this Section.

  • Services and Facilities The Procuring Entity shall make available to the Service Provider the Services and Facilities listed under Appendix F.

  • Space Requirements The Construction Administrator will conduct a review of the adequacy of space allotments for maintenance of mechanical, telephone, and fire protection equipment.
