Scope and Application of the Agreement. (1) This Agreement shall apply to investments made in the territory of either Contracting Party in accordance with its legislation by investors of the other Contracting Party prior to as well as after the entry into force of this Agreement.
(2) This Agreement shall not apply to claims which have been settled or procedures in accordance with Article 14 (1) (c) which have been initiated prior to its entry into force.

1.2 Any Enterprise Agreement made by the Company in a respect of a particular project/site within the meaning of Part 2-4 of the Fair Work Act (either with employees covered by this Agreement or with a union as a Greenfields agreement) and which is approved by the FWC, will at the time it is approved by the FWC cover the Company and any employees at that particular project/site to the exclusion of this Agreement

Scope and Application of the Agreement. 101 The Employer recognizes Unifor Local 191 as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all employees covered under Certificate No. MLB 7084. 102 The Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from the first full pay period after ratification to dates to be filled in(4) year deal. 103 Either party may give written notice to the other party within the period of four (4) months prior to the expiration of this Collective Agreement to commence collective bargaining for the purpose of renewing or revising this Collective Agreement. If no notice to bargain is issued prior to expiry, the Agreement is automatically renewed in its current terms for a period of one (1) year.

1□2□1 Employees engaged on any project or site where a project or site specific FWC registered enterprise agreement is in operation in accordance with the FW Act which covers the Company as at the making of this Agreement; or
1□2 □2 Employees engaged on maintenance work on any project□ site; or client premises□
Scope and Application of the Agreement. 2.1 This Agreement is made under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and those bound by this Agreement are:
(a) nbn;
(b) all persons who are employed by nbn in the classification bands set out in Schedule A of this Agreement who are engaged to work in connection with a network operations centre; and
(c) means the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia
