Scope of Remuneration. The salaries and the additional payments in this Agreement have been set at levels to compensate the Employees for all incentive payments, allowances, penalties and loadings that usually apply to the Employee’s work, including but not limited to site allowance, location allowance, tradesman allowances, advanced rigger and scaffolder allowances, welding allowances, confined space and annual leave loading, except those allowances detailed in subclauses 9.5, 9.6, 9.7 and 9.8.

Scope of Remuneration. The salaries and the additional payments in this Agreement have been set at levels to compensate the Employees for all incentive payments, allowances, penalties and loadings that usually apply to the Employee’s work, including but not limited to site allowance, location allowance, tradesman allowances, advanced rigger and scaffolder allowances, welding allowances, confined space and annual leave loading. Annual base salary The Annual Base Salary and Base Hourly Rate for each classification of Employee is detailed in Appendix 3. This salary is based on a 38 hour week averaged over a 12 month period. This is calculated on the industry standard of 36 hours together with and an additional 2 hours at time and a half. Employees who work less than 38 hours per week averaged over a 12 month period will be paid annual salary calculated pro rata.
Scope of Remuneration. Under normal circumstances, the Contractor shall be approved for F-tax1 and be able to provide a copy of an F-tax certificate on request. In such cases, the Contractor shall be responsible for all taxes and fees related to the remuneration paid by the Swedish Arts Council to the Contractor. If the Swedish Arts Council is subsequently held liable for taxes or fees relating to the remuneration paid to the Contractor, the Contractor shall reimburse the Swedish Arts Council. Remuneration excludes VAT. The Swedish Arts Council shall not pay any fees or costs beyond that explicitly stated in the Agreement. Any agreed scale rate payments will be paid at the tax-free amount set by the Swedish Tax Agency.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
