Each system shall be designed to: • operate at City pressure (approximately 55 psi) • provide head to head coverage • utilize rotor type, adjustable irrigation heads • ensure all piping is installed to a minimum depth of 300 mm below grade • utilize individual battery operated, programmable controllers/valves for each irrigation zone/circuit as power is unavailable at both sites • ensure one complete irrigation cycle can be achieved in an eight (8) hour overnight period • utilize irrigation service kiosk as per City of Xxxxxx specification Water Standard Drawings W- 10A and W-10A2

Part 1: Milling, preparing and paving 4th Street between 6th and 10th Avenue South Work on this roadway will involve milling down the existing pavement where required to allow space for new pavement to match into existing curb and gutter. The milling is to taper off towards the centerline. The new asphalt (50mm) will add to the existing crown in the center of the street.

The City of Weyburn, Saskatchewan is soliciting for qualifications and proposals from established firms, to design for the construction of gateway monument signs at various entrance locations to the City. Currently, there are four (4) existing signs positioned throughout the City; these are slated to be removed. Six (6) locations have been identified for the new gateway signs (Appendix A). The City of Weyburn seeks an experienced firm to design the signs and all related landscape and hardscape surrounding each of the signs. Designs must be detailed enough to issue for construction, following Weyburn City Council approval for the conceptual design. The City will require a full range of services, including but not limited to: general consulting, design and drafting, preparing specifications and documentation for sign fabrication, procurement and/or manufacturing and installation. The City retains the option to extend this agreement, under similar terms and conditions, for an additional term to facilitate additional work, to be determined following the completion of the deliverables.

The paint to be use for this tender shall be Xxxxx Xxxxx Fast Dry Waterborne Acrylic, or a Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure approved equivalent paint product (yellow & white). VOC in grams/liter must be less than 150 to be applied. The Tenderer’s paint and bead applicator must meet manufacturer’s recommendations for type of application and rate of application. All line painting work shall include the use of reflective glass beads in accordance with specifications of this document. Pavement surface must be clean, dry (no water, frost or ice present) and free from oil, grease, antifreeze, loose sand, aggregate or other foreign materials prior to paint application. Surface should meet manufacturer’s recommended standard for surface preparation, and manufacturer’s limitations or conditions for use adhered to. Paint thinning limited to less than 5%, for immediate use.
