Scope of Work land surveying Services. On-Call Land Surveying General Scope of Work Description of Required A-E Services STANDARDS & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR LAND SURVEYING FIRMS Surveys performed by the A-E shall conform to the requirements of the Professional Land Surveyors' Act (PLSA). In accordance with the Act, "responsible charge" for the work shall reside with a Licensed Land Surveyor or a pre-January 1, 1982, Registered Civil Engineer, in the State of California. Unless otherwise specified, conventional control surveys shall conform to second-order Class I (modified) accuracy standards as specified by the County. All services and deliverables shall be in compliance with the most current Orange County Surveyor Procedure Standards Manual; a copy of which will be provided here. The minimum standard of survey quality shall be that of similar surveys performed by the County, such that: All "found" and "set" monuments must be turned through from two or more control stations. If monuments cannot be set due to construction, obstructions, etc., then offset monuments must be set as agreed upon by the County.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:
