Right-of-Way Services. The Proposal shall provide a description of its approach to performing right-of-way services for the Project. The information shall include at least the following:
Right-of-Way Services. LPA shall comply with State’s “Right-of-Way Acquisition Guide for Local Public Agencies” and State’s “Right-of-Way Manual” for the procurement of Right-of-Way services for property acquisition appraisals, appraisal reviews, negotiations, and relocation assistance.
Right-of-Way Services. The CONSULTANT shall provide the following Right-of-Way Services to secure the needed right- ofway for the project. These Right-of-Way services include all reasonable services as required to secure the parcels based on the approved engineering design or to recommend to the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY that a parcel be condemned. The CONSULTANT will assure that either the appraiser or buyer will provide each parcel owner with a copy of “How Land is Purchased for Highways”.:
Right-of-Way Services. The Contractor shall clear debris accumulated on public rights-of-way during inclement weather events, upon receipt of a request therefore by the City and at a rate to be mutually determined by the City and the Contractor.
Right-of-Way Services. A-E shall prepare Right-of-Way Maps, Legal Land Descriptions and Exhibits, Traverse Closure Reports, Calculations; order Preliminary Title Reports and provide Land Title Investigations, and other required materials in conformance with County standards. Said Right-of-Way Standards are as specified in the addendum -of-Way
Right-of-Way Services. The JET will perform Right of Way service for 1 property on the project, which includes negotiation services associated with the easements and rights of way along the project corridor. Specific services include:

Activities/Deliverables The activities/deliverables to be provided to the Owner are: Preparation of all required right of way engineering documentation in compliance with the INDOT Right of Way Engineering Procedure Manuals (1975 and 1998) and Indiana Administrative Code 865 IAC 1-12, (Rule 12). Activities/Deliverables The activities/deliverables to be provided to the Owner are: Title Work - Title and Encumbrance Reports will be prepared in accordance with INDOT minimum standards (20 year searches for fee simple acquisitions and last deed of record for temporary right of way only acquisitions) Residential Ag/Commercial Municipal
Right-of-Way Services. A. RIGHT OF WAY ENGINEERING SERVICES Potentially five (5) parcels will be acquired by the Owner at the intersection of 000xx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Road. Fee shall be defined as a per parcel basis. All work will be performed according to the current INDOT Division of Land Acquisition Right- of-Way Engineering Manual and all other applicable regulations or laws. Right of way Engineering includes:
Right-of-Way Services. An estimated 20 parcels of right-of-way will be required. It is assumed that the roundabout limits will include the NE, NW, and SW corner parcels of the intersection; therefore, those three parcels were not included. This work will include 20-year title research for the permanent right of way to be acquired, preparation of property plats and legal descriptions for those parcels that will need to be acquired, appraisals, and right-of-way management. Right-of-way staking would only be performed if requested by the landowner and/or the Town for buying purposes. It is our understanding that the Town will perform buying functions.
