Right-of-Way Services. The Proposal shall provide a description of its approach to performing right-of-way services for the Project. The information shall include at least the following:
(a) The approach describing how the acquisition of right-of-way and any necessary relocation services will be managed by Proposer in conjunction with TxDOT, local officials and the Office of the Attorney General. The approach must also describe how acquisition of right of way will be incorporated into the Project schedule to avoid delays.
(b) A description of the quality control methods that Proposer will employ to assure that all property owners’ rights under the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, are being satisfied, including, without limitation, the safeguards and policies Proposer will implement to ensure, that no coercive actions, as described in 49 CFR 24.102(h), will result from advancing a portion of right of way to the construction stage or any other actions that may be undertaken that could adversely affect the right-of-way acquisition process.
(c) A description of the acquisition and relocation process that will maintain the Project schedule but be sensitive to the needs and concerns of property owners, lessees, licensees and other occupants.
Right-of-Way Services. A-E shall prepare Right-of-Way Maps, Legal Land Descriptions and Exhibits, Traverse Closure Reports, Calculations; order Preliminary Title Reports and provide Land Title Investigations, and other required materials in conformance with County standards. Said Right-of-Way Standards are as specified in the addendum -of-Way
Right-of-Way Services. The Contractor shall clear debris accumulated on public rights-of-way during inclement weather events, upon receipt of a request therefore by the City and at a rate to be mutually determined by the City and the Contractor.
Right-of-Way Services. LPA shall comply with State’s “Right-of-Way Acquisition Guide for Local Public Agencies” and State’s “Right-of-Way Manual” for the procurement of Right-of-Way services for property acquisition appraisals, appraisal reviews, negotiations, and relocation assistance.
Right-of-Way Services. The CONSULTANT shall provide the following Right-of-Way Services to secure the needed right- ofway for the project. These Right-of-Way services include all reasonable services as required to secure the parcels based on the approved engineering design or to recommend to the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY that a parcel be condemned. The CONSULTANT will assure that either the appraiser or buyer will provide each parcel owner with a copy of “How Land is Purchased for Highways”.:

Right-of-Way Services. 1.6.1 Xxxxxx shall negotiate the acquisition of right of way necessary to construct nine stormwater project sites in Joplin. 51 properties are assumed as noted in the easement description section. Xxxxxx understands the property will be acquired under the Uniform Relocation Act with funds from the American Rescue Plan Act.
