Consulting and Training. A-E shall provide consulting or training which may include any of the services listed above or other advanced innovations that may be required for future operations.
Consulting and Training. Upon request by WDIG, WSS will provide consulting and/or training to WDIG at a cost of [***] per full day (defined as [***] hours)("Training/Consulting Days"), [***] preapproved by WDIG, subject to the Agreement, including Exhibit B thereof. WDIG will be billed separately for reasonable travel, lodging and Video Teleconferencing expenses pre-approved by WDIG and incurred in accordance with Exhibit B of the Agreement. Less than full day Consulting and/or Training engagements will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Consulting and Training. 3.1. All in IT will add value and expertise to the CLIENT’s company by providing consulting services to its business. All in IT will strive to look for more efficient ways for the CLIENT’s computer systems and network to be as productive as possible. All in IT’s planning will prepare the CLIENT for disaster recovery, budgeting, and goals for the future of its network.
3.2. All in IT will provide limited training to end users for Microsoft Network Operating Systems. Internet usage training will be provided. All in IT will follow the CLIENT’s Internet usage policies and train the end users according to those policies.
3.3. End users will be trained on procedures to follow when they have a service issue. They will be expected to follow basic troubleshooting guidelines when a problem arises to better help All in IT service engineers determine the cause of the problem, when and why it occurred, and the resolution to the problem.
3.4. Training is limited to two two-hour sessions per contract year and will be considered hours of service. Training sessions will be coordinated through the CLIENT’s primary contact and conducted on a mutually agreeable schedule.
3.5. All in IT will offer no training on Proprietary Software. Software vendors for Proprietary software must provide the CLIENT with such training.
Consulting and Training. Xxxxxx and Cmorey agree to individually or together provide Wellstar and its designees with such assistance as Wellstar may request in marketing Wellstar's thermographic products and/or services, and provide training to Wellstar employees, agents, users and/or customers on a fee basis only. Sellers jointly agree to continue to provide "Boot Camp" training and advanced "Physician/AMIA" training at quality levels equal to or exceeding those currently provided during a period of one (1) year following the closing date. The services will be on an "as needed" basis, with Wellstar providing MHS, Xxxxxx and Cmorey with a monthly schedule of training dates and locations furnished at least fifteen (15) days before the beginning of each month, with no more than two (2) consecutive days for training each week during the month. The training will be upon a fee basis at currently prevailing scheduled rates to Wellstar and its customers, together with the cost of travel, lodging and food. MHS, Xxxxxx and Cmorey shall submit its monthly fees and costs of travel, lodging and food to Wellstar, which shall be due and payable within ten (10) business days.
Consulting and Training. Services Oracle will provide consulting and training services agreed to by the parties under the terms of this Agreement. All consulting services shall be billed on a time and materials basis unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing. Any consulting services acquired from Oracle shall be bid separately from the Program licenses, and Customer may acquire either Program licenses or consulting services without acquiring the other.
Consulting and Training i2 shall, at Customer's request, provide consulting and training services, as described in Addendums B and C hereto ("Consulting and Training"). The Consulting and Training to be provided herein is designed to assist Customer in commencing its implementation of the System in Customer's business. Customer shall reimburse i2 for all reasonable travel, living and delivery expenses incurred in rendering the Consulting and Training.
Consulting and Training. Tantau shall provide consulting and training services as mutually agreed by the parties and pursuant to mutually agreed upon terms and conditions. All consulting services shall be rendered and invoiced on a time-and-materials basis at a mutually agreed upon rate.
Consulting and Training i2 may, at Customer's request, provide consulting and training services, as described in the then current i2 Schedule of Prices, all as designated on Addendum B hereto ("Consulting"). The Consulting to be provided herein is designed to assist Customer in the use of the System in Customer's business and such services may be requested as needed by Customer thereafter. Customer shall reimburse i2 for all reasonable travel, living and delivery expenses incurred in rendering Consulting.
