Common use of SCOPE & RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

SCOPE & RECOGNITION. This Agreement shall apply to all em- ployees in the bargaining unit defined in the Certificate issued by the Ontario Labour Rela- tions Board on the 27th day of July, that is all employees of Rubbermaid Canada Inc. in the town of save and except foremen, persons above the rank of xxxxxxx, office and sales staff, and students employed during the school vacation period (May to September 30) or on a co-operative training basis. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer in the bargaining unit defined above. No employee excluded from the bar- gaining unit shall perform work normally per- formed by employees in the bargaining unit except as follows:
