SCOPE & RECOGNITION. This Agreement shall apply to all employ- ees in the bargaining unit defined in the Cer- tificate issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board on the day of July, that is all employees of Rubbermaid Canada Inc. in the town of Ontario, save and except foremen, persons above the rank of xxxxxxx, office and sales staff, and students employed during the school vacation period (May 1 to September or on a cooperative training basis. The Employer the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer in the bargaining unit defined above. No employee excluded from the bargain- ing unit shall perform work normally performed by employees in the bargaining unit except as follows:
