Screening Processes. User may require that Vendor conduct essential employee screening processes on individual employees of Vendor to be assigned in connection with the performance of Technical Services and provision of Deliver- xxxxx under the Agreement. These processes would include, but not be limited to, criminal background investigations, testing for substance abuse, and Department of Motor Vehicle inquiries. Vendor represents that all such investigations, inquiries, or tests will be conducted as a precondition of assignment to the performance of Technical Services and provi- sion of Deliverables under the Agreement, with the knowledge and consent of the individual employees involved, and in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Screening Processes. We carefully screen all candidates according to their EBBs for the position they are applying to fill. These questions and more are used to find candidates that have the EBBs and personal qualities that will provide you with a service support experience that will exceed your expectations.

  • Testing Procedure A. For alcohol testing, the member shall be first given a breath test, at the collection site, followed by a confirmatory urine test only where the breath test reveals an initial positive alcohol level of .04 grams per 210 l. of breath. If the initial breath test results are below this level, testing shall be discontinued; if confirmatory urine tests results are below a level equivalent to .04 grams per 210 l. of breath, the confirmatory test shall be considered negative.

  • Processes Any employer, employee, trade union or employer’s association may at any point in time apply for an exemption from any of the provisions of this Collective Agreement. The applicant is required to complete and submit in writing with the relevant office of the Council, a fully and properly completed prescribed application for exemption form, accompanied by all relevant supporting documentation.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.
