Teacher aides. During the first month of each school year, building level administrators will provide an annual in- service for teacher aides and classroom teachers to whom the aides are assigned. Secretaries and Campus-Level Office Managers: Newly hired Secretaries and campus-level Office Managers may request up to forty (40) hours of training as part of their orientation to enhance performance, make the transition smooth, and ensure their success. The District shall choose a currently employed Secretary or campus-level Office Manager to provide the training and shall determine whether the training shall occur during the regular work day or outside the regular work day.
