Section 15.2.3. 39 If no settlement has been reached within the ten (10) days referred to in the preceding 40 subsection, and the Association believes the grievance to be valid, a written statement of 41 grievance shall be submitted within fifteen (15) working days to the District superintendent or 42 the superintendent's designee. After such submission, the parties will have ten (10) working 43 days from submission of the written statement of grievance to resolve it by indicating on the 44 statement of grievance the disposition. If an agreeable disposition is made, all parties to the 45 grievance shall sign it.
Section 15.2.3. 29 If no settlement has been reached within the ten (10) workdays referred to in the preceding 30 subsection, a written statement of grievance shall be submitted within fifteen (15) workdays to 31 the District Superintendent or designee. After such submission, the parties will have fifteen 32 (15) workdays from submission of the written statement of grievance to resolve it. A written 33 statement indicating the disposition of the grievance shall be furnished the aggrieved. If an 34 agreeable disposition has been made, the aggrieved party shall terminate the grievance in 35 writing within ten (10) workdays.
Section 15.2.3. 36 The certificates set forth on Schedule A must be directly related to the employee’s current 37 position as determined by Human Resources to be eligible for payment. Proof of a current 38 certificate must be submitted to Human Resources by October 1st to receive the full amount for 39 the school year. If the certificate is received after the beginning of the school year, the amount 40 will be prorated from the date the certificate is received in Human Resources. 41
Section 15.2.3. The parties shall have ten (10) working days from submittal of the written statement of grievance 44 to resolve it. If an agreeable disposition is made, a written statement indicating disposition of the 45 grievance shall be given the employee and the employee shall submit approval therein in writing 46 in ten (10) days; and the grievance shall thereupon be deemed terminated.
Section 15.2.3. 2 Incremental steps where applicable shall take effect on the first (1st) workday of each school 3 year during the term of this Agreement. Employees hired after February 1st will remain on the 4 first (1st) year step for the following year.

Section 15.2.3. 1. Within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the decision of the Superintendent, the 33 grievant may demand arbitration of the grievance provided that the Association believes the grievance to 34 be valid. Any grievance arising out of the interpretation or the application of this Agreement shall then be 35 submitted to arbitration under the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration
Section 15.2.3. 2. No grievance may be advanced past Step II without Association participation and 39 approval. 40
Section 15.2.3. 39 If no settlement has been reached, the grievance may be submitted to the Superintendent within 40 five (5) work days of receipt of the written response of the immediate supervisor. 42 Within five (5) work days of receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent shall meet with the 43 grievant in an effort to resolve the grievance. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall, 44 within five (5) work days of the meeting, indicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing 45 and shall furnish a copy to the grievant. 46 If an agreeable disposition is made, all parties to the grievance shall sign it.
