Section 25.9. Disciplinary Action. ‌‌ 2 Conclusive evidence after a written reprimand that an employee is misusing sick leave 3 shall be grounds for dismissal. It is provided, however, that the Employer may, at its discretion, 4 determine that dismissal will not be imposed and in lieu thereof impose lesser disciplinary action 5 as determined by the Employer.

  • Disciplinary Action 18.1. The following sets out the action which may be taken when a worker returns a confirmed positive result to an alcohol or drug test.

Should an employee dispute any such entry in his/her file, he/she shall be entitled to recourse through the Grievance Procedure and the eventual resolution thereof shall become part of his/her personal record.
