Section 7.11.5. 10 In the event an extra trip is bid by a driver that the Transportation Supervisor feels does not 11 have the qualifications required to perform the assignment, it is the right and responsibility of 12 the Supervisor to assign another driver and notify the bypassed driver in writing the reason(s) 13 for the bypass.
