Section 9.1.2. 5 In the event employees are absent for reasons which are covered by Industrial Insurance, the 6 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the 7 employee by the Department of Labor and Industries and the amount the employee would 8 normally earn. A deduction shall be made from the employee's accumulated sick leave in 9 accordance with the amount paid to the employee by the District.
Section 9.1.2. 34 In the event employees are absent for reasons covered by Industrial Insurance, the District shall 35 pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the employee by 36 the Department of Labor and Industries and the amount the employee would normally earn. Section 9.1.2. 6 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 9.10 if the employee does not 7 comply with the requirements of Section 9.11, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 8 reemployment within fifteen (15) days.
Section 9.1.2. 3 At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death, an 4 eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1)
Section 9.1.2. 18 Employees who have accrued sick leave while employed by another public school district in the 19 State of Washington shall be given credit for such accrued sick leave upon employment by the 20 District.

Section 9.1.2. 1 6 Attendance incentive awards for the period from September 1, through January 31, any 7 employee who is not absent from work for anytime for sick leave, emergency leave, or leave 8 without pay, except for industrial injury, bereavement, or time off for legal action undertaken 9 by the Workers Compensation Trust/Workers Compensation related illness absence, shall 10 receive an award in accordance with the table below. Payment shall be made on the February 11 pay warrant.
Section 9.1.2. 2 14 Attendance incentive awards for the period from February 1, through the end of the curriculum 15 school year, any employee who is not absent from work for any time for sick leave, emergency 16 leave, or leave without pay, except for industrial injury, bereavement, or time off for legal 17 action undertaken by the Workers Compensation Trust/Workers Compensation related illness 18 absence, shall receive an award in accordance with the table below. Payment shall be made on 19 the July pay warrant.

For every month the employee has perfect 32 attendance, they will receive the above listed allocated incentive.
Section 9.1.2. 19 Employees who have accrued sick leave while employed by another public school district in 20 the State of Washington or who have accrued sick leave while employed by the Granite Falls 21 School District and are then reemployed by the District shall be given credit for such accrued 22 sick leave upon employment by the District, per RCW 28A.310.240.
