Section 8.1.1.2. 41 At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death, an 42 eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to 43 one (1) day's current monetary compensation for each four (4) full days accrued leave 44 for illness or injury.
Section 8.1.1.2. Death of a close personal friend shall constitute authorization for one day of 47 bereavement leave for the purpose of attending the funeral.

32 A. Run(s) that have been vacated by resignation, retirement, termination, voluntary 33 relinquishment or have been newly created shall be offered in their entirety and 34 available to all drivers.
35 B. Prior to November 1st, routes that have increased by sixty (60) or more annual 36 hours or have been voluntarily relinquished by October 31st shall be offered in their 37 entirety. November polling changes will take effect December 1st.
38 C. Midday and Supplementary work are not subject to the polling process unless 39 voluntarily relinquished.
40 D. After December 1st, routes that have increased by two (2) or more hours per week 41 shall be, in their entirety, subject to this process.
42 E. Available routes will be posted for two (2) working days and awarded by seniority.
43 F. Temporary time changes may or may not be subject to this process as per Section 44 8.11.4.
Section 8.1.1.2. 38 The employee will retain but not accrue sick leave, vested vacation rights, and seniority rights 39 while on leave of absence. 40
