Section 9.5.5. On September 1 of the fourteenth (14th) year of service with the District, each employee shall 18 be granted twenty (20) workdays vacation per year.

Section 9.5.5. 11 Unused personal leave will be cashed-out and paid to the employee at the substitute rate of pay for 12 their assignment; provided that, this cash-out provision: 14 a. Will not be available to an employee who has taken leave without pay during the current 15 school year. 16 b. Will be paid to those employees having not less than two (2) hours of unused personal leave 17 as of the last day of school. 19 The personal leave allocation will be based on the employee’s assigned hours (FTE) as of the first 20 scheduled work day in October, and cash-out paid in the August payroll.

  • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 15 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 16 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 17 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.
