Equipment, fixtures, furniture, or materials shall not be brought into Facilities without written permission by the District, at the discretion of the superintendent. Exceptions may be granted at the time of approval of the request to use the Facilities. Such equipment, furniture, or materials brought into the Facilities must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the time granted or the conclusion of the use agreement, and those items remaining must be stored. The storage must be in a manner prescribed by the District so as to prevent any interference of normal school operations or the use of the Facilities by the District or other organizations or individual(s). School equipment, fixtures, furniture, or materials shall not be moved within or removed from the area of normal use without written permission granted at a time of approval of the request for use of the Facilities. Movable equipment shall not be used outside the Facilities. User groups shall be held responsible for any damage or loss to school property.
FACILITY USAGE FEES. During the period commencing on the date hereof until the Expiration Date, the Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent for the account of each Bank, a nonrefundable fee (the "Facility Usage Fee") for each day when Revolving Facility Usage exceeds thirty-three and one-third percent (33-1/3%) of the Revolving Credit Commitments in an amount equal to the sum of (i) 0.125% per annum (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed) computed on the amount of the Revolving Credit Loans outstanding on such day plus (ii) 0.125% per annum (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed) computed on the amount of the Letters of Credit Outstanding on such day plus (iii) 0.125% per annum (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed) computed on the amount of the Swing Loans outstanding on such day. The Facility Usage Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears on the first Business Day of each January, April, July, and October after the date hereof and on the Expiration Date or upon acceleration of the Loans.
FACILITY USAGE FEES. KEY reserves the right to review and/or adjust usage policies and fees relating to facility use on a regular basis. Renewal of regular facility use(s) will be considered based on the following: compliance with all policies/procedures/requirements; there are no conflicts in usage and/or scheduling. If there is a conflict with regard to scheduling it is clearly understood that KEY-sponsored programs, activities and major community events will take priority over any other scheduled activities. Priority for use is agency program(s) and/or events. Facility use fees are prepaid or due promptly on the 1st of each month or pursuant to invoice/payment agreement with our Fiscal Office. Fee rates range from $25 to $60 per hour. The weekend rate for the pavilion-portico is $1100 for Saturday or $600 for Sunday with a $200 deposit due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date or the deposit is refunded with 30 days or more notice. All reservations shall be paid in full 30 days in advance.

FACILITY USAGE FEES. Fees are based on an 8-hours day. Leasing hours are Sunday – Thursday 8am – 12am; Friday – Saturday 8am – 2am. NO ONE MAY REMAIN IN THE BUIDLING PAST 2:00am. Users will contact public safety at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ in the event that the facility is locked and MUST have the approved space reservation agreement on hand as proof of the user reservation. The User will be prepared to take responsibility for the facility on the requested date and time of agreement and remain responsible until the facility is vacated and secured. • Facility may not be rented more than 6 months in advance unless it is a College-sponsored event. • Non-University related events should be prepared to pay $250.00 deposit depending on availability. The $250.00 deposit is subtracted from the actual facility fee. All balances are due five (5) business days before the scheduled event. Failure to pay your balance(s) on time can result in cancellation of the reservation. • The University reserves the right to move a smaller group to another facility on campus if a larger group requests permission to use the center. • Rehearsal/preparation prior to the date of the event, an additional fee will be assessed: $300.00 -1st four hours (4-hour minimum) ~ $75.00 each additional hour. • If the event requires early access this must be noted on the Space Reservation form and will be considered part of the reservation. This cannot exceed the 8 hours allotted or additional fees will apply. Additional labor charges may also be applied. Set up include tables and/or chairs. We do not provide portable dance floors. • All Ballrooms and Auditoriums are equipped with audio & visual needs (PA System, Projector, Microphone) • The Mezzanine (Rotunda) area of the Student Union is included in the rental with a reservation of Event Room ABC if reserved at one time and/or if there is a request in addition to an already reserved event room in the Student Union. • Cancellation of contracted services must be made in writing or forward via email to the events office staff, a minimum of ten (10) business days before the scheduled event. If the event is cancelled less than five (5) business days, a fee of 75% of the total estimated services will be charged.
