SECURITY/INSURANCE. Townsquare Live Events LLC, the Venue or any officer, employee or staff member thereof assumes no responsibility for the safety of the property or Participant, his agents, or employees, from theft, damage by fire, accident, or any the cause. Participant is required to obtain and maintain at its sole expense, and represents and warrants to Townsquare Live Events LLC that is has, insurance and/or policy riders to cover all Booth contents and activities in amounts and from companies acceptable to Townsquare Live Events LLC in its sole discretion, including but not limited to commercial general liability insurance, automobile liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance with statutory limits, including employer’s liability. Participant shall upon request provide Townsquare Live Events LLC with a copy of the certificate of insurance for each such policy described above.

SECURITY/INSURANCE. Although Sponsor will provide basic security at the San Mateo Event Center, insurance is the responsibility of the Exhibitor and is recommended. Sponsor is not responsible for replacement of lost or stolen goods. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own general liability insurance for the show dates, including move-in and move-out. Exhibitors will indemnify Sponsor and the San Mateo Event Center for claims/suits arising between Exhibitors and attendees regarding booth rental.

Sponsor shall keep such insurance in effect throughout the Term of the Agreement.

Exhibitor shall upon request provide Keystone Partnership with a copy of the certificate of insurance for each such policy described above.
SECURITY/INSURANCE. Unless otherwise expressly communicated by the Bank, the Borrower shall grant to the Bank the facilities constructed or installed with the funds from the credit facility extended hereby, together with the land and buildings at which they are established and other facilities inside of them, as security in favor of the Bank, and if requested by the Bank, the Borrower shall subscribe to insurance in such types and amounts as agreed to by the Bank and shall grant a pledge over the rights to claim the insurance proceeds in favor of the Bank.

Any Vendor not providing proof of insurance will not be allowed to participate and will forfeit all fees.

The Lessee acknowledges that Lessor does not provide a security alarm system or any security for the Premises or for Lessee and that any such alarm system or security service, if provided, is not represented or warranted to be complete in all respects or to protect the Lessee from all harm. TheLessee hereby releases Lessor from any loss, suit, claim, charge, damage or injury resulting from lack of security or failure of security.Xxxxxx also acknowledges that Lessor will not provide insurance coverage for Xxxxxx's property, nor shall Lessor be responsible for any loss of Lessee's property, whether by theft, fire, acts of God, or otherwise.

SECURITY/INSURANCE. REIL will arrange for necessary transit insurance upto supply & safe delivery of Solar PV systems to respective panchayat samiti/ gram panchayat. However, after installation, the security of the Solar PV Power Packs rest with the panchayat samiti/ gram panchayat. REIL shall not be held responsible for theft, breakage & misuse . The respective Panchayat Samiti/ Gram Panchayat may arrange necessary Insurance against theft & breakage & the same shall be renewed on yearly basis, if required. Insurance premium shall be paid by respective Panchayat Samiti/ Gram Panchayat. In this context an agreement will be signed with the panchayat samites/ gram panchayats as per Annexure 7
SECURITY/INSURANCE. CRIMINAL RECORD CHECKS Public and Liability Insurance will be covered by the Supplier/Resource and a checking procedure will ensure the Supplier/Resource Insurance cover is in date. Telopea MSL Insurance cover will not be broken during renewal dates and remain in force at all times. Reference, CRB checking where appropriate and Security checking will be at the highest level at all times. All mandatory care training will be in-date without exception.

Sponsor will furnish evidence of such insurance to Station no less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Event. The evidence must be in the form of a Certificate of Insurance which naming Station, CBS Radio Inc. and CBS Corporation as additional insureds and contain a clause indicating that a 30-day notice of cancellation or material change will be provided to Station. Sponsor shall keep such insurance in effect throughout the Term of the Agreement.
