Security Monitors. 1. All security monitors will be provided six (6) shirts each year, long or short sleeved (at the option of the employee), and safety vests each year, which will be returned at termination of employment. Security monitors will also be provided one (1) windbreaker jacket, style and material to be determined by a joint committee established by the parties. All security monitors are required to wear their uniforms. In the event a security monitor fails to wear his/her uniform, a verbal warning will be issued. Continued failure to wear the uniform provided shall result in a written warning. If the infraction continues, the employee may be sent home without pay.

Security Monitors. Broadway employs persons who work part-time as building Security Monitors during most hours that the building is in use by outside groups. These persons are authorized to provide both security and hospitality. When present, Security Monitors have the authority of the Pastors and the Property Caregivers in responding to needs and circumstances relating to the building, parking lot and their use. It is expected that building users will cooperate with the Security Monitors in all matters. Unresolved concerns should be directed to the Church Office the following day.
Security Monitors. Full-time security monitors are expected to work a forty (40) hour week, consisting of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day when student attendance is scheduled and on “Orientation Day” and “Staff Development Day(s)”.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Security Measures Lessee hereby acknowledges that the rental payable to Lessor hereunder does not include the cost of guard service or other security measures, and that Lessor shall have no obligation whatsoever to provide same. Lessee assumes all responsibility for the protection of the Premises, Lessee, its agents and invitees and their property from the acts of third parties.

  • Security Protocols Both parties agree to maintain security protocols that meet industry standards in the transfer or transmission of any data, including ensuring that data may only be viewed or accessed by parties legally allowed to do so. Provider shall maintain all data obtained or generated pursuant to the Service Agreement in a secure digital environment and not copy, reproduce, or transmit data obtained pursuant to the Service Agreement, except as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data requests by LEA.
