Shared Access definition

Shared Access means the non-voice band frequency of Metallic Path Facilities;
Shared Access means, as Infiniti argues, the entry point along IH-35 for the properties, there would be a line extending from “Shared Access” to the point where the private road intersects IH-35. Instead, the lines extend from each end of the phrase “U.E. & Shared Access” to the boundaries between Sai Laxmi’s lots and the private road.   • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff.
