SELECTION OF FIELD TRIPS. The regular field trip list will be posted during the first week of school and will cover field trips beginning the second week of school. Once a driver has signed his/her trip, they shall remove their name from the rotation list. If a driver elects not to take a trip, he/she shall write “pass” next to their name, date it and remove their name from the rotation list. A driver on sick leave, vacation, comp-time or any other absence, shall not forfeit his/her place on the rotation list. Upon return from said absence, if he/she has been passed over, he/she shall choose a trip as soon as they return. A more senior driver shall not delay selection of trips due to an absence or vacation.

Bus drivers on the field trip list shall select a trip between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. B. If there are still field trips remaining after 6:00 p.m. on Monday, trips will be open to any bus driver. Remaining trips will be awarded by a rolling seniority list to those drivers that are interested in fulfilling any open trip(s). After all available bus drivers have had the ability to select a trip(s), the remaining trips will be available for substitutes as directed by the Transportation Department. C. If a bus driver on the field trip list does not select during his/her time frame, the District will bypass that driver and continue the rotation as described above. X. Xxxx Ottawa bus drivers shall have the right of first refusal for West Ottawa field trips requiring a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) involving vehicles owned by the District.

  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.

  • Distribution of Materials You will keep an accurate record of the names and addresses of all persons to whom you give copies of the Registration Statement, the Prospectus, any Preliminary Prospectus (or any amendment or supplement thereto) or any Offering Circular or any Preliminary Offering Circular and, when furnished with any subsequent amendment to the Registration Statement, any subsequent Prospectus, any subsequent Offering Circular or any memorandum outlining changes in the Registration Statement or any Prospectus or Offering Circular, you will, upon request of the Manager, promptly forward copies thereof to such persons.

  • Exclusive Procedure The grievance procedure set out above shall be exclusive and shall replace any other grievance procedure for adjustment of any disputes arising from the application and interpretation of this Agreement.
