Selling Fees. Member may use and occupy the market space desig- nated by Saturday Market and agrees to furnish everything necessary for Member’s marketing venture. Member shall pay to the Saturday Market a booth fee as published in the most recent Vendor Information Handbook plus 10% of gross sales for the use of market space on the Park Blocks. Gross sales shall include orders taken. The agreement does not address fees for Holiday Market which will be set forth in separate document.

However, if the calculated amount does not meet Bank SinoPac's minimum fee standards, the stipulated minimum applies. (4) Minimum Fee Standards: The minimum fee for U.S. ETFs is equivalent to USD 20 per transaction; there is no stipulated minimum fee for Hong Kong ETFs.

Selling Fees. All Purchase Price amounts due that are satisfied in Company Shares, whether on the Settlement Date or on any subsequent date on which the Company pays Bear Xxxxxxx in additional Company Shares pursuant Section 2.3 hereof, shall be subject to a selling fee (a "SELLING FEE"), payable by the Company to Bear Xxxxxxx in cash or Company Shares on the Settlement Date or on such subsequent date, as the case may be, as follows: (a) If a registration statement is effective in respect of such Company Shares at the time of the their delivery to Bear Xxxxxxx, and such registration statement is useable for its intended purpose, the Selling Fee shall be an amount equal to 2% of the All-In Loan Value. (b) If a registration statement is not effective in respect of such Company Shares at the time of their delivery to Bear Xxxxxxx, or if a registration statement is effective but fails to be useable for its intended purpose (including, without limitation, due to any Blackout Period), the Selling Fee shall be an amount equal to 5% of the All-In Loan Value; provided, however, that such Selling Fee shall increase at the rate of .25%, payable weekly in cash or Company Shares, for each additional week or portion thereof that a registration statement is not effective or fails to be useable for its intended purpose (including, without limitation, due to any Blackout Period); PROVIDED, FURTHER, that the Selling Fee under this subsection (b) shall not exceed 9% of the All-In Loan Value. If the Company delivers an effective registration statement after the date Company Shares are delivered to Bear Xxxxxxx and such registration statement is useable for its intended purpose at the time such registration statement becomes effective, the Selling Fee shall be reduced by an amount equal to 1% of the All-In Loan Value in respect of shares sold under such registration statement.

  • Subscription Fees The Subscription Fee for Smart Configure, Price, Quote will remain fixed during the Subscription Term unless you: (i) exceed the Scope specified in the Order, (ii) give written notice for additional quantities of a Standard Sandbox and/or a Performance Sandbox, (iii) upgrade to a higher Edition package, (iv) subscribe to additional features or products, or (v) unless otherwise agreed to in the Order. Once increased as detailed above, your Subscription Fee will not decrease, even if there is a subsequent reduction in the actual Scope.   • Licensing Fees An employee whose job specification requires a professional license or certification as a condition of employment and who uses such license for State business shall be reimbursed for the cost of such license or certification.

Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.
